In the 8th session of the Supreme Housing Council in the 13th government, Ebrahim Raisi, emphasizing the need to speed up the granting of facilities to housing construction projects, obliged the governors to speed up the renovation of dilapidated buildings.

He asked the governorates and the relevant departments in the provinces to identify the lands that have remained undecided for more than 10 years and no construction has been done on them, and by providing the necessary incentives and also using the legal mechanisms that have been approved by the Supreme Council of Urban Planning, Add these lands to the country’s housing construction capacity.

Organizing the rent market and monitoring the performance of communication platforms in the field of housing market and rent in order to prevent speculation and price fixing in the housing market were other emphasis of the president in today’s meeting of the Supreme Housing Council.

Referring to the increase in the share of housing in the household basket, Raeesi called on all officials and institutions to seriously fulfill their duties in the field of implementing the national housing movement, so that people’s concerns about housing provision will be resolved as much as possible.

In this meeting, it was decided that the regulation and control of the real estate market should be implemented nationwide in the entire country, provided that a favorable result is obtained in the trial implementation.

According to Tasnim, in today’s meeting, the members approved the creation of the system portal of the National Headquarters of Urban Regeneration, which shows the latest status of renovation projects of worn-out structures.
