According to Tejarat News, Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh, Deputy Minister of Housing of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, said: “The proposal to extend the registration in the real estate and housing system until the end of this year has been submitted to the Secretariat of the Chiefs of Staff (Supreme Economic Coordination Headquarters).”

The Deputy Minister of Housing of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development added: “This proposal will probably be approved, but we have not received its approval yet.”

Today, October 20, is the last opportunity for landlords and tenants to enter real estate and residential information in the real estate and housing system.

The real estate and housing system was launched on April 10, this year, which faced technical problems and disruptions during a period, so the registration in this system was extended until the end of October.
