Rashidi stated: In this regard, 10 specialized-participatory museums for handicrafts have been defined in Gilan, six of which have been established or are underway in a global village, a city and four national villages with a focus on handicrafts.

He said: the establishment of specialized museums of handicrafts, in addition to introducing the history of handicrafts to tourists and people of the region, has caused managers to pay attention to traditional arts and handicrafts, so that this year a good amount has been allocated for buying old Rasht embroidered works by artists. Crafts are considered valid.

Rashidi stated: 78 handicrafts of Gilan have the national seal of authenticity and 7 of them have received the mark of international quality; 13 embroidered works of Gilan artists have received the seal of national authenticity and one work has received the mark of international authenticity.
