Workshop on the principles and techniques of negotiation in tourism was held / The role of tourism diplomacy in reducing Iranophobia

“Aria Heritage University of Applied Sciences has a long and unique history in the field of tourism,” said Zohreh Soltan Mohammadi, president of the Siyahan University of Applied Sciences.

The President of Siyahan University of Applied Sciences, noting that this workshop is focused on communication skills, principles and techniques of negotiation, communication patterns, body language, etc., added: “In the field of handicrafts and tourism, there are many people working in cities who are very capable. But due to unfamiliarity with communication skills, they can not present their abilities and capacities as they should. “We try to develop their communication skills by holding such workshops.”

“Tourism diplomacy is another very important issue that needs to be addressed in a special way,” he added. “Tourism diplomacy addresses the role of tourism in peace and friendship and can partially neutralize negative publicity about the country and help reduce Iranophobia.”
