Xiaomi 12 Lite and 12 Lite Zoom come with an OLED display

Xiaomi will probably unveil the Xiaomi 12 series handsets in the last days of 2021, including the standard model, Pro and 12X. But it seems that in this family, we are facing two members of the Light series, who come with the letters Xiaomi 12 Lite and 12 Lite Zoom.

According to a new report, Xiaomi 12 Lite is codenamed “Taoyao” and its global version is coming with the model number 2203129G. The device is expected to be equipped with a 6.55-inch full-screen display with full HD resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and a fingerprint sensor underneath.

It is possible that Xiaomi will use a similar design to the Civi for this mid-range product. We’ll also probably have to wait to use the Snapdragon 778G or 780G chip in the Xiaomi 12 Lite. Other specifications include the 64-megapixel main camera of the Samsung GW3, along with an ultra-wide and macro camera.

This Xiaomi smartphone uses the code name “Zijin” and will probably only be available in the Chinese market. The reason for this is just seeing the Chinese version with model number 2203129BC in the IMEI database.

Xiaomi 12 Lite Zoom is equipped with a 6.55-inch OLED display with full HD resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The screen of this device uses curved edges and also the fingerprint sensor is placed under it. Other specifications will not be different from the standard version, however, instead of a macro sensor, it will be equipped with a telephoto camera.

These Xiaomi smartphones will probably be introduced in March next year and will also be available to buyers by default with Android 12 and MIUI 13 user interface.
