The overall score of 136 places this device below the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max with a score of 146 and the Galaxy S23 Ultra with a score of 140. Even the older phones iPhone 13 Pro and Pixel 7 are higher than the Xiaomi flagship.
The DxOMark website points out the positive points of Xiaomi’s flagship camera as exposure and good details in images and videos, wide dynamic range of images in low light conditions, good white balance in strong light and good colors, as well as good performance of the camera in terms of magnification or zoom.
On the other hand, things like exposure instabilities and tone compression in high-contrast scenes, creating halos in images, frequent delays between pressing the shutter button and recording the image, especially in high-contrast scenes, and autofocus problems have been mentioned as weaknesses of the camera.
