Yair Lapid: Israel seeks to extend Ibrahim agreement

The trilateral meeting of the US, Israeli and UAE foreign ministers was held in Washington on the anniversary of the signing of the “Ibrahim Agreement” agreement, IRNA reported on Wednesday.
So far, the UAE, Bahrain, Morocco and Sudan have agreed to compromise with the Zionist regime.
“There are leaders in the Middle East today who believe we can change history,” Lapid said. Bin Zayed and I have become friends because we share common values in the fight against terrorism, extremism, moderation and religious tolerance, and the UAE and Israel have economic, development and technology cooperation.
He added: “Israel wants to extend the Ibrahim agreement to other countries. At the same time, it is focused on the success of the current agreements.”
UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed also thanked the United States for its support in changing the “narratives” in the region, claiming: The Israeli and Palestinian people will show that these relations are effective.
Ben Zayed also announced that Lapid had invited him to visit the occupied territories and that he would do so soon.
In his remarks, Lapid made a brief reference to the Palestinian people, claiming that all people deserve a good life. He added: “This, of course, includes the Palestinians.” Our goal is to work with the Palestinian Authority to ensure that every child enjoys a good life.
The Israeli foreign minister had previously met with Biden’s national security adviser Jake Sullivan and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on the first day of his visit to Washington.
