Yazd Air was added to the country’s air fleet

Yazd Air started its operations at the same time as the Holy Prophet of Islam in the world heritage city of Yazd. This airline has started its operations with two Airbus 310, two ERJ145 and one BAE146 aircraft. Two ERJ145 planes have just arrived in the country and are undergoing the legal procedures of registration and flight permit.
Also, three other planes have been purchased from Mahan Airlines. According to the decision of the shareholders and the board of directors of the company to prevent the grounding of these planes until the recruitment and training of manpower according to the supply and demand of seats. Flight operations are outsourced to Mahan so that the seats are not reduced from the market. Within the next three months, the company will be able to continue its flights on the routes needed by the people of Yazd with complete independence.
The flight destinations of this company’s planes are both domestic and foreign. According to the General Director of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Yazd province, its foreign destinations will be the cities of Najaf, Dubai, Mumbai and Istanbul.
The shareholders of Yazd Air are 50% of Sepehr Kaveh Kish, 49% of Chadormello Holding, and 1% of Reza Namakshanas.
