Stating that tourism is one of the biggest opportunities for the province to shine on the world level, the governor of Yazd mentioned the transportation sector as one of the most important infrastructures for the development of tourism in the province and added: until the 13th government in Yazd province, there was an airline company with the name and logo. Yazd did not exist, and this first wish of all tourism activists was fulfilled under very difficult sanctions.

Fatemi continued: With the participation of Chadormelo Industrial and Mining Company and one of the strongest flight companies in the country, Yazd Air was launched with an investment of one thousand billion tomans, which is currently operating with the most regular flights.

The Governor of Yazd further pointed to the province’s problems in the field of rail transportation and stated: Considering the removal of Yazd transsets due to sanctions and despite the province’s location on the country’s five highways, we are facing problems in this area due to the lack of proper infrastructure.

Referring to the continuous pursuit of the province to launch a rail transport company in the field of cargo and passengers, he said: We hope that by completing the necessary processes, the Yazd Rail Transport Company will be operational by November this year.

The governor of Yazd pointed out the planning of the province to launch a ground transportation company called Yazd Sir and said: With the participation of one of the cooperative companies called the province, this ground transportation company will be launched so that all three transportation infrastructures can simultaneously promote the development of tourism.

In another part of his speech, Fatemi considered the most important problem of Yazd’s historical context to be the lack of proper infrastructure and said: water, electricity and gas infrastructures were created in the historical context according to the past conditions, and now due to the presence of tourists and the existence of ecotourism and hotels, these infrastructures should be equipped. to be

Referring to the construction standards in the historical context, the governor explained: During the second visit of the president, Road and Urban Development, in cooperation with cultural heritage, were required to formulate and implement technical construction standards in Yazd province.

He pointed to the generalization of urban regeneration loans to dilapidated structures and noted: In addition to the possibility of benefiting the residents of historical structures from renovation and restoration loans, a major part of the low-interest facilities has been allocated to the tourism sector.

Fatemi stated that in the new Yazd document, the introduction of Yazd to one billion people of the world has been considered, and said: the approved credit will be used to introduce Yazd and turn it into a tourist destination in order to produce tourism content in the living languages ​​of the world. became.

In another part of his speech, the governor pointed out the need to train managers and experts in the field of tourism in the province and stated: To familiarize the society with the goals and cultural considerations of tourism, the capacity of non-governmental organizations and activists in this field will be used.

Welcoming the holding of continuous meetings with domestic and international experts in the field of tourism, he said: So far, these meetings have been held in the form of some tourism events in the province, such as films of the heritage area, with the presence of the elders of the cinema industry, the Minister of Tourism, and the ambassadors of the countries that have a sisterhood agreement with Yazd. Fatemi considered the protection of the historical contexts of the province to be necessary and stated: Yazd province is full of these valuable masterpieces of the historical context and paying attention to all these works in the distribution of credits as well as the discussion of registration of national monuments is considered.

In another part of his speech, the governor of Yazd, referring to the planning to open the Euclid train in Yazd by the end of this year, said: With the completion of the final stages of this project, the route from Shiraz to Yazd and Yazd to Mashhad will be facilitated.

He continued: Yazd flights to Iranian cities and even different countries are on the agenda, which will happen with the development of the fleet.

In the end, Fatemi mentioned the relations of Yazd with Isfahan and Fars provinces regarding the development of tourism and said: Tourism development is one of the main axes of all three provinces and despite the holding of various meetings, this issue should be strengthened.
