Yerevan: We are ready to start peace talks with Baku

The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan recently said that he had sent a five-point document to Armenia to normalize relations and was waiting for a response from that country. “If Armenia sincerely wants to normalize relations with Azerbaijan, this is a great opportunity for them,” said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jihun Bayramov. “Armenia has not responded to our offer for about a year.”
