He considered the development of services and the provision of micro-facilities to the honorable families of martyrs and martyrs as the most important mission of the bank and stated: Thanks to the trust of the senior managers of the Martyr Foundation and the target community, Bank D has also made facilitating the provision of services to these loved ones a priority. Signing a memorandum of cooperation with Post Bank for the access of the target community to banking services through six thousand contact points of Post Bank, granting micro-facilities for sending 8 thousand people from the target community to the holy shrines and submitting requests for facilities through the “Itsar Man” system for receiving in person And accelerating the access of the target community to micro-facilities is one of them. The CEO of Bank D also emphasized the need to move in the direction of the government’s economic policies and facilitate the provision of services to citizens and stated: the processes of granting micro-facilities in branches should move towards non-attendance in order to see a decrease in the number of visits by citizens to branches.
