According to Tejarat News, the mayor of Tehran commented on the construction of cheap housing in Tehran in the housing construction agreement with the National Land Organization.
The mayor of Tehran said: The management method that was emphasized from the first day in the municipality complex was the participative aspect so that we can advance the work with participation.
Alireza Zakani said in the ceremony of signing the memorandum of understanding for housing construction between Tehran Municipality and the National Land and Housing Organization: Today is a very happy day for us. Promote work participation.
He added: Regarding land, we are in the service of the directors of the relief committee in order to participate, and we pay attention to the issues that are the basic needs of the society.
The mayor of Tehran stated: Such an event is pleasant for us and we hope that this slow movement will lead to solving the problems of the people, realizing the participatory approach of Tehran Municipality and the approach of cheapening and lightening the load of the people in various aspects.
Zakani continued: Even today, the 13th government, the President and the Minister of Roads and Urban Development emphasize this issue, and the relief committee is the flag bearer and servant of the path to help the deprived. This project, the product of which will be the construction of 15,000 housing units, and other projects, provide the basis for accelerating this goal.
He pointed out that with industrialization and the conditions to build fast, strong and cheap housing, people’s work can be eased, and he said: 51% of people in Tehran are renters, and based on this, the construction of these housings It can help people and I hope this cooperation will increase every day.
According to the Shahr site report, in this meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Tehran Municipality, the National Land and Housing Organization and the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee for the production of a residential unit in the first model neighborhood in Tehransar, located in the 21st district of Tehran Municipality.
