According to the officials of the inspection organization, the automakers are waiting for the increase of the prices of their products in order to be able to pay their debts to the parts manufacturers by getting out of the operational loss. The final products accelerate.

Mohammad Reza Najafi Manesh, President of the Association of Homogeneous Parts Manufacturing Industries, in an interview with Eqtesad Online, said that it is difficult to reduce the number of defective cars on production lines and believes that in order to achieve this goal, problems must be solved in several different areas.

He explained that part of the problem of defective cars is not related to Iran and is a global phenomenon. Act on your own. For this reason, not only in Iran but also in many countries of the world and among major automakers such as Toyota, there is a problem with the supply of parts.

According to the President of the Association of Homogeneous Parts Manufacturing Industries, in order to solve this global problem, we must wait for the production to increase again at the international level and allow the import of these parts to Iran and complete the production of the remaining cars in Iran.

Najafi Manesh considered the fact that some parts and raw materials remained in the customs as another cause of incomplete production of domestic cars and said: “We have parts that have been imported into the country but have encountered problems in the clearance process.” Given the country’s production needs, we hope that the necessary assistance will be provided for the clearance of these goods from customs and that car production will accelerate.

“The third factor in the delay in completing the remaining vehicles on the production line is the lack of liquidity of the component makers,” he said. Has been part makers. The number of incomplete production of automakers has increased while the managers of Iran Khodro and Saipa have repeatedly promised that by increasing production and supply of products to the market, they will seek to reduce inflammation and lower prices. Minister Samat also promised that car production will exceed 1.6 million units next year, which is a significant increase compared to this year’s statistics.

In the current situation, it is difficult to meet the needs of the domestic market, and by implementing methods such as lotteries, the demand for new products is several times higher than the number of cars offered in each round of sales, increasing the number of defective cars can be alarming. It will be in the coming months, and even if the implementation of new methods solves the internal problems of parts supply, international restrictions will make it difficult to speed up the supply of products.
