According to Mehr reporter, Ali Asghar Farati on Thursday afternoon in a meeting with school benefactors and jihadist groups in the meeting hall of Semnan Chamber of Commerce, while stating that last year and 1400, two properties from the collection of this general administration in the section of surplus and planned properties Production was sold, he emphasized: In total, in 1400 and 1401, 11 properties were proposed for sale in the Surplus Education Property Plan of the province, and two properties were finally sold.
He emphasized: This general administration has a total of 1,270 properties, and in 1400-1402, a total of 34 properties were predicted and introduced to the ministry for development in line with the approval of the government board and its executive regulations.
The head of the legal and real estate department of the general administration of education in Semnan province, stating that there is a readiness to implement the productivity plan in the collection of this general administration, said: 752 properties out of a total of 1,270 educational properties in the province have ownership documents.
Stating that the rest of the properties have problems in the ownership documents, Farati added: We are trying to solve the problems of the ownership documents of these surplus properties as soon as possible, because we believe that productivity will create added value and increase capital.
He clarified: the proceeds from the sale of surplus properties have been spent with the priority of completing charitable projects.
