The Deputy Minister of Labor Relations, Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare stated: In the implementation of Article 7 of the Labor Law, which is based on temporary contracts, efforts are being made to determine the number of workers working in jobs that have a continuous aspect.
Pointing out that the job security and housing of workers and Article 41 of determining workers ‘salaries and wages will be pursued until a positive result is achieved, Raitifard continued: The amendment of labor law and seasonal contracts and the manner of workers’ contracts are also on the agenda.
Announcing that about 22% of the job classification plans have not been implemented in Khuzestan, he said: “As officials in the Ministry of Labor, efforts have been made to start inspecting the workplace from its affiliates so that no injustice is done to workers.” .
