27 provinces are involved in snow and blizzard/ providing relief to 708 people in 11 provinces

According to Fars news agency’s health department, Mahmoudi said in the description of the relief operation to the victims of the country’s weather accidents: In the last 48 hours, Red Crescent rescuers provided relief to 27 provinces, including 11 affected provinces, 18 cities and 22 regions of the country.

He pointed out that during this period of time and with the efforts of rescuers, 708 people have been helped and said: 108 people were given emergency accommodation and 8 people were transferred to safe areas.

He said: Rescuers also evacuated 147 vehicles from the snow and flooded 22 residential units.

According to Mahmoudi, 74 blankets, 27 carpets, 84 kg of nylon and 11 food packages were distributed to the victims of snow and blizzard. The
