In an interview with Mehr, Ahmad Naseri stated: The instructors of the literacy movement, who had a continuous activity with the literacy movement in 1979-92, have been assigned in recent years and 300 of them are being hired.
He added: “People who passed the training courses at Farhangian University, their sentences were issued and they were active in the elementary course and were officially employed.”
The Director General of Education of Ardabil Province said: “A number of these forces are undergoing training at Farhangian University, and as soon as the course is completed, their sentences will be issued and they will be officially employed in education.”
Regarding the recruitment of literacy movement service companies and teachers of non-profit non-governmental schools, Naseri added: “So far, no directive has been communicated to education to recruit and employ these forces, but its issue has been raised by MPs, but no plan has been approved yet.” .
In another part of his speech, he noted: If a plan or bill is approved in this field, education will take action in the field of recruiting and employing these forces, but so far no directive has been issued in this field.
Naseri pointed to the literate population of the province based on the literacy rate and illiteracy in the country and continued: In the age group of 10 to 49 years, which is the goal of the literacy movement, we in Ardabil province face a volume of education of more than 95% of the population. They went through various literacy courses.
He added: “This year, with the announcement of the quota of 7,700 people, these people will be placed in different training courses and will be trained.”
The Director General of Education of Ardabil Province stated: The average of a literate country is 96 percent, which we are one percent behind the average of the country, and our effort is to improve the current situation and provide a favorable situation in the field of literacy.
