Stating that this plan includes deciles 1 to 9 on an optional basis, which includes credit card charging for purchasing goods from the first of the month, he added: In the new phase, 20 percent of subsidy recipients and welfare and relief committee applicants will increase.

Dehghan stated that in this plan, 408 chain stores and 1477 small stores in the province are parties to the contract and connected to the network.

He stated that in the first phase, only the welfare pensioners and the relief committee are included, who can buy the following 11 products, including milk, cheese, eggs, meat, Iranian rice, beans, yogurt, sugar, and sugar. In the future, this plan will be implemented for all the tenths of the province that are subject to receiving subsidies.
