55% increase in gas consumption in the domestic sector / fines for misuse approved by the Cabinet


According to Fars News Agency and quoting the public relations of the Ministry of Oil, Minister of Petroleum Javad Oji, on the sidelines of visiting the achievements of knowledge-based companies in the permanent exhibition of technology and innovation of the Vice President for Science and Technology, said: Yesterday about 540 million cubic meters of gas Consumed that this amount is unprecedented in the fall.

The Minister of Oil said: “Subscribers who consume optimally are encouraged within the consumption pattern, and those subscribers who are abusive and out of the consumption pattern, will undoubtedly be fined with the resolution that was approved by the government yesterday.”

According to Fars News Agency, in the same period last year, gas consumption in the domestic and commercial sectors was 350 million cubic meters per day. Thus, gas consumption in the domestic sector has increased by 55% compared to last year.
