Advancing organizational goals with the tools of knowledge and skills
On the sidelines of this event, Mojtaba Heidari, member of the board and head of Iran Reinsurance, Moin, emphasizing the role of knowledge in advancing organizational goals, said: Manpower can be considered as organizational capital when it has sufficient knowledge, skills and motivation to take responsibility. Especially in insurance companies, due to the sale of services, the skill of human resources is more important.
He considered the acquisition of knowledge and skills possible with purposeful training and added: “Manpower training requires planning and purposefulness, in this process there should be no limit to spending time, time and energy.”
Heidari mentioned the specialization of Saba University of Applied Sciences as one of the criteria for selecting this collection and said: “Unlike most universities where the educational topics do not correspond to the reality of industry, in the University of Applied Sciences, especially the university that covers insurance, education is fully consistent with current events.” It is an insurance industry and therefore it is operational and practical.
The head of Iran Moin Reinsurance praised the academic services of Iran Insurance and said: “This insurance company, as a market leader, can take on the role of management consulting in the insurance industry.” Today, many insurance companies and companies in the formulation of business strategy, information technology, marketing and organizational structure go to insurance companies that are sometimes not very familiar with the business environment.
He emphasized: “Certainly, providing the necessary cooperation between university professors and up-to-date activists in this industry will be a great service to the insurance family.”
Education; Savior of the insurance industry
The head of Saba Business Development Center for Applied Scientific Training, while welcoming and expressing satisfaction with the special attention of senior managers of reinsurance in Iran, said: “Currently, the most important problem of the insurance industry and the only solution is training.” In the past, if we were talking about the education crisis, today we are in the throes of education. Why should a significant percentage of sales network representatives, as the most important element of the company, be familiar with only a few of its insurance products and not completely.
Hamid Moeini described the insurance industry as relying on skilled manpower and added: “This issue is so important that if the representatives are armed with the weapon of knowledge, the income of this industry will increase at least 5 times.”
