According to the Mehr news agency, quoting the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, Mahmoud Karimi Biranvand stated: Next week, we will create a special committee for the employment of the disabled with the presence of all relevant agencies and non-governmental organizations.
The Acting Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship and Employment of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare added: “The issue of support and employment of the disabled is one of the special approaches of the Minister of Labor Cooperation and Social Welfare.” Accordingly, we intend to evaluate the supply of goods and market demand logically and scientifically for each employment opportunity.
He continued: “People with disabilities have characteristics that healthy people do not have. Based on a logic and experience, it can be said that some responsibilities and jobs are performed better by people with disabilities than healthy people, and this is the reason for focusing on strengthening.” Reasonable abilities are the strength of the Japanese, while we have jobs that require special features and characteristics for the volunteer and are suitable for the conditions of the disabled.
Karimi said: the task of adapting the working conditions and physical condition of the employed person is the responsibility of the Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship, Employment and Welfare.
