He added: This possibility has been provided by the members of the parliament to include supplementary and strengthening rulings in the field of tourism in order to assign a separate season. Shalbafian pointed out: In paragraph 17 of the general policies of the program, there is a section under the title of tourism and handicrafts, and other paragraphs are related to the issues of cultural heritage and tourism. Therefore, the first feature of the proposed bill is to turn the mentioned fields into one of the axes of the program. Allocation of 6 rulings directly in chapter 17 to tourism, the vice president of tourism of the country called the number of rulings as the second distinguishing feature of the 7th development plan bill and stated: A significant number of rulings have been issued by the government. When we examine the proposed bills of the previous development program, we realize that our areas of expertise are much more limited. If in the current proposed bill, 6 provisions are directly related to tourism in Chapter 17.
He also mentioned about other distinctive features of the Seventh Development Plan Bill: The third feature is the approaches that are considered in the government’s proposed bill. The main points and axes of the proposed clauses include supporting the activities of the private sector, helping and strengthening the investment of activists in this field, reducing investment processes and bureaucracies, building capacity to use facilitating and developing institutions in the matter of investment, planning to create profitable companies in the field of tourism. The delegation of authority to decide coastal and marine tourism projects to the provinces, considering exemptions and incentives for the entry of tourist ships, vehicles and tourism equipment. These are the demands of tourism activists for more than two decades so that they can import the equipment they need into the country.
Shalbafian emphasized: Helping the process of investing in tourism projects through the possibility of financing projects with mixed use and also providing the possibility of selling and pre-selling facilities and units based on the approved plan is one of the features of the government’s proposed bill in the field of tourism.
The vice president of tourism of the country clarified: the provisions proposed by the ministry are not limited to the provisions of this bill. We have proposed many other rulings to the government that are not included in this bill, and the presented items are only some of the rulings that have been proposed to the government to support the development of the tourism industry, and based on the requirements, scope, and possibility of the seventh plan to be used. is placed But in any case, these rulings, considering a specific chapter in specialized fields, show the government’s supportive approach to this industry.
