A stock exchange symbol reopens after 3 years


According to Tejarat News, a stock exchange symbol that was closed for three years will be reopened today with the message of the market watcher. “Shelia”, one of the most controversial OTC initial public offerings, has been discontinued since 1997.

The trading symbol of Lea Special Materials Company (Shelia 1) will be reopened today, Wednesday, for the first time in the yellow board of Iran’s OTC market. Ordering for this symbol started today at 10:30 AM.

This symbol was closed in December 1997 due to non-observance of some acceptance criteria or disclosure requirements by this company after holding the annual general assembly and has not been reopened yet.
