Abolhassan Saba’s violin row was arranged for the instrument



Charso Press: “Violin row by master Abolhassan Saba – arranged for a right-tuned instrument” is the title of one of the research collections in the field of Iranian music, which was recently arranged by Maleeha Saeedi and performed by Bahar Amrollahi by Mahoor publishing house.

In the explanation of this research work, Maleeha Saeedi said: “This collection was prepared and compiled based on the row of violins by master Abolhassan Saba in Rastkok. Since this honorable teacher was one of the teachers who fulfilled this mission correctly, and considering that I learned Iranian violin playing from great and honorable teachers such as Professor Ali Tajveidi and Professor Rahmatullah Badiei, so I decided to join the ranks of the professor. Abolhassan Saba based on the implementation of the teacher Rahmatullah Badiei for the law maker.

This possibility will be provided for dear law students to get familiar with other tiers as well. The sound range and performance capabilities of the qaun instrument provide the possibility of translating wide and diverse sources of Iranian classical music works, and in rewriting this row, in addition to translating some special techniques of the violin instrument, the special facilities and techniques of the qaun instrument – including ten-finger techniques, Chords, arpeggios, all kinds of vibrations and glissandos, etc. – have been used.”

Maleeha Saeedi is one of the most famous musicians in Iran today. He started playing the qaun instrument with Mehdi Miftah and later graduated from Tehran University of Fine Arts in 1355 in the field of music with a specialized qaun instrument.
