The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Economy announced the statistics of mortgage loans yesterday. According to these statistics, until the first half of October of this year, banks and public and private credit institutions have paid about 6,400 billion tomans of housing deposit assistance facilities to 267,167 applicants.

In addition, according to housing loan facility loan statistics, 47,123 cases amounting to nearly 1,800 billion tomans have been filed and will be paid to applicants soon.

Thus, the number of files formed and paid for housing deposit assistance facilities is a total of 314,290 cases with an approximate amount of eight thousand and 100 billion tomans.
