Al-Alam: Saudi Arabia executed two young men from Al-Qatif

According to Fars News Agency International Group, news sources reported the execution of two other Shiite youths in Saudi Arabia by Saudi officials.

Al-Alam news network reported that Saudi officials had executed “Hussein Ali Al Abu Abu Abdullah” and “Mohammad Khedr al-Awami”.

According to Al-Alam, the two young men were residents of Al-Qatif. Abu Abdullah and al-Awami have been imprisoned in Saudi prisons for ideological reasons.

However, Saudi officials recently told Abu Abdullah’s mother that his death sentence had been overturned and that he could visit her like any other prisoner.

The Saudi Interior Ministry announced last March that it had executed 81 people for what it called deviant ideology and links to terrorism.

The opposition group in the Arabian Peninsula also said that 41 of those executed were youths from the Al-Harak peace movement and residents of the Shiite areas of Al-Ahsa and Al-Qatif.

The Yemeni government also announced that two Yemeni prisoners of war imprisoned in Saudi Arabia were among 81 people executed by the Al-Saud regime in violation of international law.

End of message.
