Allocation of loans of 250 and 300 million to Khoi earthquake victims – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, according to the new government decree announced today, 23 Bahman 1401, free loans for the construction and repair of housing are to be granted to Khoi earthquake victims.
According to this report, the deputy of the Housing Foundation announced the completion of the demolition of the earthquake-affected areas of Khoi by the end of the year and said: 300 million tomans of loans will be paid for the destroyed urban units.
Majid Jodi stated: Debris removal in Khoi earthquake affected areas is ongoing despite the snowfall.
He continued: Considering that the government’s approval for the payment of facilities to the earthquake victims has been approved, it is expected that the reconstruction process will be accelerated.
He added: According to the government’s approval, loans of 300 and 250 million tomans with an interest rate of 5% will be paid for destroyed urban and rural units, respectively. In addition, the amount of approved grants, including temporary accommodation, livelihood and housing, is set at 110 million Tomans for each unit.
He reminded: Payment of facilities for repair units has started and we are trying to complete the residential units affected by the earthquake in the first half of next year.
The deputy of the Housing Foundation stated: The designated headquarters of East Azarbaijan, Ardabil and Zanjan are located in West Azarbaijan province and the debris removal operation is underway. It is expected that due to the announcement of facilities by the government as well as the deployment of forces and machines in the earthquake-affected areas, the demolition and repair of the units along with the reconstruction will find a more appropriate speed.
