Alternative methods of judicial proceedings/ development of dispute resolution in the country

According to the Fars news agency’s judicial group, quoted by the judiciary, Hojjat al-Islam Hadi Sadeghi, who at the opening ceremony of the conference on planning, transformation and excellence in the development of the country’s dispute resolution in Mashhad, while appreciating the measures taken in the development of the country’s dispute resolution, said: the peace process and Compromise should be improved quantitatively and qualitatively with a view to the future.

While describing the activities of this center in 1401, Hojjatul Islam Sadeghi said: People’s capacities in settling disputes should be used and improved, of course, this work is being done in different ways, including in the form of Peace Helpers.

The head of the country’s dispute resolution development center emphasized the need for the strict implementation of upstream documents, including the tasks included in the general policies of the 7th development plan, and added: In the path of implementing laws and expanding peace and reconciliation, capable people who are able to bring cases to peace should be used. and lead to compromise and even prevent the filing of a case to be used in a favorable way.

Hojjat al-Islam Sadeghi mentioned “arbitration and mediation” as two important solutions in order to implement the development programs and transformational policies of the judicial system and added: these solutions are among the best options for citizens’ participation, and based on this, the issue of education should be seriously considered. The attention of dispute resolution managers across the country.

Hojjat al-Islam Sadeghi emphasized the necessity of using all available capacities with the aim of spreading peace and reconciliation in the society.

Referring to the program-oriented movement of this center, he said: Universalizing and institutionalizing alternative methods of judicial proceedings such as arbitration, mediation, negotiation and conciliation in order to spread peace and compromise in settling claims and resolving disputes and handling petty claims through politics. Setting, planning, coordination, action and monitoring is considered as the mission of the dispute resolution development center in the horizon of 1410.

Referring to the 1410 horizon of this collection, Hojjat al-Islam Sadeghi added: The dispute resolution development center in the 1410 horizon should be a knowledge-oriented organization, relying on human capital and modern technologies, benefiting from social, popular, elite and media capacities and inspiring in the Islamic world. It should be in peace and compromise and increase alternatives to judicial proceedings.

The head of the country’s dispute resolution development center said: the implementation of the considered missions according to the long-term vision of this center has various indicators, including the peace and reconciliation rate, the average processing and implementation time, the level of satisfaction with the service process provided, The level of people’s access to alternative methods of judicial proceedings, the rate of using smart technologies, attracting the participation of the country’s active population and the like, and we hope that it will be realized with the jihadi work and double efforts of managers and officials and the participation of noble and precious people.

It should be mentioned that the conference of the officials of the country’s dispute resolution center is being held in the holy city of Mashhad in two days and with the holding of specialized working groups.
