Amendment of the news of the Supreme Court regarding the acceptance of the appeal of Mohammad Qabadlo

According to the Fars news agency, citing the public relations of the Supreme Court, the news of the acceptance of the appeal of Mohammad Qabadlo, one of the accused in the recent riots, is hereby amended:

While rejecting the appeal filed in the case of Mohammad Qabadlo, the Supreme Court of the country issued the said document based on Clause A of Article 469 of the Criminal Procedure Law.

Acceptance of Saman Sayidi’s appeal in the Supreme Court

The appeal of Saman Saidi (Yasin), one of the defendants of the recent riots, was accepted by the Supreme Court of the country, and due to research deficiencies and documented according to Article 469, Paragraph 2, Clause B of the Criminal Procedure Law, the aforementioned case has been referred to the same court for retrial.
