According to Mehr reporter, Ali Hossein Raitifard said on Thursday evening at the national conference of the heads of labor and employer organizations across the country in Ardabil: the 13th government is trying to increase salaries and on the other hand curb inflation so that the table of workers does not become smaller and smaller. .

He clarified: In recent years, the increase of workers’ salaries has been taken into account in accordance with the inflationary conditions, and we definitely used the capacity of labor and employer organizations in the decisions and decision-making of the labor sector.

The deputy of labor relations of the Ministry of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare said: The path of quantitative and qualitative development of the activities of labor and employer organizations in the country has been provided and we hope that with the help of these groups we can take effective measures in the field of labor to solve the concerns of the labor community.

Raitifard called the amendment of some laws and regulations necessary in order to ensure the job security of the workers and added: All efforts are aimed at making the labor community appear in the bastion of the country’s development with less concern and to witness a better living condition of this working group.

In another part of his speech, he mentioned: Our effort is to improve the job security of workers and improve their living conditions, so that we can help to improve production and growth, and provide the ground and platform for transformational movement more than in the past.

Raitifard announced the development of effective guidelines for dealing with labor and employer disputes and added: In this field, our colleagues try to move things forward in a precise and scientific manner so that these disputes are minimized and the basis for the growth and development of the society.
