Therefore, dispute resolution councils were established on the judiciary with the philosophy of using people’s capacities during his presidency.

He continued: The late head of the judiciary stressed on the development of dispute resolution councils, but we have not been able to fully implement his recommendations in this area. However, we hope to be able to further develop and deepen the dispute resolution councils.

Hojjat-ul-Islam Mohseni Ajei considered the holding of regular and weekly public meetings as one of the other worthy actions of Ayatollah Hashemi Shahroudi during his tenure as the head of the Judiciary and said: face-to-face meetings and meetings between the people and those who refer to the judicial system with the head of the judiciary. Judiciary and raising legal and judicial issues and problems of the citizens in these meetings was one of the very valuable and worthy actions of Ayatollah Hashemi Shahroudi during his tenure as the head of the judicial system of his district, and we hope to continue this valuable path and procedure.

Pointing to the importance of paying attention to different points of view that are based on reasoning and logic, he said: In various topics and categories, including legal issues, people and experts express their views and sometimes there are differences of opinion in these views; The spirit and principle of such comments and expressions of views are desirable and can be useful, and one should not be worried or upset about them.

The Head of the Judiciary clarified: sometimes, in certain circumstances that arise, discussion and even controversy may occur; This is an opportunity and a blessing, and if the proposed opinions are scholarly and fair and accompanied by reasoning and logic, they will be very useful and useful, and not only should we not worry about these different points of view in any field, including legal issues, but we should also He also welcomed; Of course, the requirement for this is that these opinions are scholarly, fair and well-reasoned and not contaminated by specific political purposes and so on; Because in that case, they become less effective or ineffective.
