An efficient tax system serves to curb inflation and production growth

By raising the question of what the tax system as one of the most important economic organizations of the country can do to curb inflation, Manzoor explained the mechanism of inflation formation in the country over the past years and clarified: that in the past five years, the inflation rate It is higher than 35% because of the government’s budget imbalance, which has led to banking imbalance, and the banks have also caused currency imbalance by increasing the monetary base, which has caused the continuous growth of inflation in the country.

Emphasizing that we should use all the capacities of the country to empower the budget and reduce the budget imbalance of the government, which is the main source of inflation in the country, the Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance said: The most important thing to eliminate the imbalance of the government is to strengthen the tax system. So that the country’s expenses are fully covered through clean and stable tax revenues.

He continued by enumerating the most important programs of the Tax Administration to fulfill the slogan of the year, stating: With the approval and implementation of the law on business tax, the organization of tax exemptions, the full implementation of the law on the tax system and shopping terminals, the implementation of the tax law on empty houses, Luxury houses and luxury cars, and finally fighting tax evasion, can solve a large part of the government’s budget imbalance, which will lead to curbing inflation and fulfilling the motto of the year.
