In this meeting, Jafar Tashari Hashemi, head of the construction and transportation commission of the council, referring to the issue of Article 141 of the Trade Law, stated: the capital of the bus unit company is more than 36 thousand billion Rials, and considering that more than 21 thousand billion Rials from This amount is included in Article 141, we have to raise capital to get out of this article, and it was suggested that it be considered equivalent to 700 billion Tomans.

He added: capital increase from the acquisition of capital assets that have been allocated is also predicted, which is proposed to be 700 billion tomans in total; Revaluation should be done for the properties that were not reassessed, and the proposal of the Construction Commission and the Planning and Budget Commission was to agree to the capital increase.

Saying that the failure of the company to withdraw from this provision will result in declaring bankruptcy, Tashri Hashemi clarified: solutions must be thought out so that this capital increase is not needed every year; On average, the company faces this problem every year, and it seems that in addition to increasing capital, it should provide solutions so that the bus company does not face problems.
