Announcement of registration for the exclusive recruitment of candidates for the position of Judiciary in 1400

According to Fars News Agency, quoting the Judiciary’s Deputy for Human Resources, the Judiciary’s Deputy for Human Resources announced the registration of the exclusive recruitment of candidates for the position of Judiciary in 1400.

This announcement is as follows:

It is hereby informed that the special recruitment of candidates for the position of Judge in 1400 will be held in accordance with the routine of previous years and the conditions announced in this announcement. Accordingly, the online registration system for private recruitment will be activated on the website of the Deputy of Human Resources of the Judiciary (at the address: qazahrm.ir) from 12/07/1400. Therefore, all eligible and interested candidates are invited to participate in the said exam, while carefully studying the terms and conditions of registration, to register.

Candidates must refer to the mentioned system and pay the registration fee in the amount of 2,000,000 Rials online, to complete the registration process and at the end, receive and keep the registration tracking code. The registration process is incomplete and ineffective before receiving the tracking code. It should be noted that the payment will not be refunded as a registration fee, and therefore it is necessary for the candidates to be careful in registering and paying the fee.

The registration deadline will be for ten days from 12/07/1400 to 12/17/1400, this deadline will not be extended. It is emphasized that the registration will be done only online and within the deadline.

1- Wrong registrations will not be processed and the payment will not be refunded in any case. Also, if the lack of conditions of the candidate in any of the recruitment stages is found, the process of following up the case will be stopped immediately.
2- Admission of women in this turn is 10% special recruitment, whose place of service will be other than provincial centers.

Registration conditions
The general requirements for registration are:
1. Original citizenship of Iran
۲. Belief in and practical commitment to the religion of Islam, faith and justice
3. Practical adherence to the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the principle of the absolute authority of the jurisprudent and the lack of organizational affiliation with or support for illegal parties, organizations and groups
4. Productive purity
5. Having the necessary physical, mental and personality health to perform judicial work
6. Lack of a history of effective criminal conviction
7. Good reputation, ethics and fidelity
8. No addiction to tobacco, drugs and psychotropic substances
9. Having a public service termination card or having legal and educational exemptions or not being absent for the beneficiaries
10. Have a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 35 years on the day of registration (age requirement)
Note – The following items will be added to the maximum age provided a valid confirmation is provided.
1- Veterans and their families for two years
2 – Candidates with a master’s degree or level three, for two years
3- Student or graduate candidates for specialized doctorate or level four for four years
Candidates can only use one of the items mentioned above. And the period added to the maximum age is 4 years.
Specific conditions for university and seminary volunteers are as follows:
A- Conditions of university candidates:
Candidates with a university degree, subject to being in any of the 12 groups ahead, can participate in a special academic interview. These cases are exclusive and uninterpretable and therefore it is necessary for the candidates to pay attention to the following remarks before studying them:
* Virtual, part-time, part-time and electronic courses are excluded from these regulations.
* Graduates of night courses (second round) and education-based courses are not prohibited from registering.
* The grouping of universities is as follows:
The first group of universities are: University of Tehran – Tarbiat Modares University – Farabi Campus University of Tehran – Shahid Beheshti University – Shiraz University – Allameh Tabatabaei University – Ferdowsi University of Mashhad – University of Judicial Sciences – Mofid Qom University – Qom University – University Imam Sadegh (AS)
The second group of universities are: Islamic Azad University, Tehran Branch of Science and Research – Islamic Azad University, Tehran Branch Center – Imam Khomeini International University of Qazvin – Kashan University – Tabriz University – Shahed University – Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman – Shahid Chamran University Ahvaz – Mazandaran University (Babolsar) – Bu Ali Sina University of Hamadan – Kharazmi University of Tehran – Shahid Motahari University – Guilan University – Razavi University of Islamic Sciences – University of Isfahan – Al-Zahra University – University of Islamic Religions.
Note 1: Unnumbered universities and campuses are not subject to the above grouping.
Note 2: Regarding the Science and Research Unit of Islamic Azad University, it should be noted that only the branch located in Tehran of this university is subject to the mentioned grouping (second group) and therefore the science and research units of other cities are outside the subject of these regulations, even if the degree Issued by Tehran Science and Research Unit.
The 12 groups eligible to participate in the scientific (academic) interview are as follows:
1. Undergraduate law graduates from the first group of universities are required to have a minimum grade point average of 16
۲. Graduates of law from second group universities are required to have a minimum grade point average of 17
3. Master’s degree students in any of the majors from the first group of universities, subject to passing theoretical units and obtaining a grade point average of at least 16 and having a bachelor’s degree in law, jurisprudence and law or theology with a focus on jurisprudence and the basics of Islamic law
4. Master’s degree students in law in any of the majors of the second group of universities, subject to passing theoretical units with a grade point average of at least 17 and having a law degree
Note: Regarding clauses 3 and 4, it is mandatory to present a graduation certificate before the end of the internship, otherwise the employment of the candidate will be canceled.
5. Graduates of the Master of Laws in any of the majors of the first group of universities, subject to having a minimum grade point average of 16 and a bachelor’s degree in law, jurisprudence and law or theology with a focus on jurisprudence and the basics of Islamic law
6. Graduates of the online Master of Islamic Studies and Law in each of the majors of the first group of universities, subject to having a minimum grade point average of 16
7. Graduates of the Master of Laws in each of the majors of the second group of universities, subject to having a minimum grade point average of 17 and a law degree
8. Graduates of the online Master of Islamic Education and Law in each of the majors of the second group of universities, subject to having a minimum grade point average of 17
9. Graduates and doctoral students in any of the fields of law, jurisprudence and law and theology with a focus on jurisprudence and the basics of Islamic law, subject to having a bachelor’s degree in one of the fields
10. The first to tenth ranks of the bar exam of provincial centers and the first to fifty ranks of the national exam of the Center of Official Experts and Family Counselors of the Judiciary and the bar exam of the center, with the approval of the relevant authorities
۱۱. Lawyers of the Center and official experts and family counselors of the Judiciary, subject to having five consecutive and effective years of experience as a lawyer or basic counsel of a judiciary, with the approval of the relevant center or center
Note: In the case of paragraphs 10 and 11, obtaining approval from the competent authority and presenting it on the day of the scientific interview is necessary to participate in the scientific interview session. Otherwise, permission to participate in the said meeting will not be issued.
۱۲. Graduates of the University of Judicial Sciences in the fields of Administrative Law, Judicial Management, Supervision and Inspection Management, and Correctional Management and Judicial Punishment are required to have a minimum grade point average of 16.

B- Conditions of the seminary volunteers:
Candidates with a seminary degree (or seminary and university at the same time), provided they are in any of the eight groups ahead, can participate in a dedicated recruitment scientific interview. These cases are exclusive and uninterpretable, so it is necessary for the candidates to pay attention to the following remarks before studying them:
* A scholar means a holder of a valid scientific degree from a competent authority. The evaluation form and employment certificate do not replace the degree and are not accepted.

The eight groups eligible to participate in the scientific (theological) interview are as follows:
1- Graduates of two levels of jurisprudence and principles with a minimum grade point average of 16 (for men)
2- Level two graduates, subject to having a bachelor’s degree in law with a minimum grade point average of 16 bachelor’s degrees (for men)
3- Level two graduates in Islamic law and jurisprudence, subject to having a minimum grade point average of 16
4- Grade 10 candidates (written and oral completion of Grade 10) who have not yet succeeded in defending the Level 3 dissertation.
Note: Regarding paragraph 4, it is mandatory to present a graduation certificate before the end of the internship, otherwise the employment of the candidate will be canceled.
5- Level 3 graduates in the fields of jurisprudence and principles or Islamic law and jurisprudence
6- Level 4 graduates in the fields of jurisprudence and principles or Islamic law and jurisprudence
7- Graduates of Qom Islamic Jurisprudence, Law and Judiciary Complex with a minimum grade point average of 16
8- Graduates of the specialized field of jurisprudence and law of Khorasan seminary with a minimum grade point average of 16.
Scientific interview time:
The scientific interview of the registrants will start from 02/17/1402. The exact time of the scientific interview of each candidate will be announced during the telephone call.
Note: The time of the scientific interview is determined and announced once and it is not possible to change it. Failure to answer the mobile phone in two cases is considered as canceling the participation in the scientific interview.

Place of scientific interview:
Interviews will be held in two locations at the following addresses. The location of each candidate’s interview will be announced by telephone.
A- Tehran, Hafez St., the intersection of Somayeh St., in front of Amirkabir University, Deputy of Human Resources of the Judiciary, ninth floor
B- Qom, 15 Khordad Blvd., after the gas station, corner of Saadi St., Judiciary Training Center, ground floor

Scientific interview exam materials:
Legal Department: Civil Law and Civil Procedure
Criminal Division: General Criminal Law, Specific Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure

Documents required to file on the day of the scientific interview:
1. Original and national card image
۲. The original ID card and a picture of all its pages
3. Image of diplomas (bachelor or level 2 and above)
4. Certificate of employment for studying volunteers
5. Necessary certificate from the Bar Association or the Center of Formal Experts and Family Counselors of the Judiciary for lawyers and the top members of the bar exams
Note 1: All documents must be prepared and delivered in A4 format.
Note 2: In case of incomplete documents on the day of the scientific interview, the file will be prevented and the candidate will not have the right to participate in the scientific interview.
