Announcement of the 1400 Judgment Test for students was published
According to the Fars news agency, the announcement of the public recruitment test, the position of special judge for students in 1400, was published.

Hereby informs all seminary candidates, the Deputy of Human Resources and Cultural Affairs of the Judiciary intends to hold an exam based on the Memorandum of Understanding with the Complex of Islamic Jurisprudence, Law and Judiciary affiliated to the Center for the Management of Seminaries. Registration is done exclusively online through the website of the National Education Evaluation Organization at the address: www.sanjesh.org starting on Wednesday, 12/18/1100 and ending on Saturday, 12/28/1400. Therefore, all applicants need to register within the deadline and after studying the general and specific terms and conditions of the exam and providing the required documents and information to register for the exam.
A- General conditions:
Original citizenship of Iran.
Belief in and practical commitment to the religion of Islam, faith and justice.
Practical adherence to the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the principle of absolute jurisprudence
Organizational non-affiliation with or support for illegal parties, organizations and groups.
Productive purity
Having physical and mental health and ability to do judicial work
Having a public service termination card or having legal and educational exemptions or not being absent for the beneficiaries
Lack of a history of effective criminal conviction
Good reputation, ethics and trustworthiness
No addiction to tobacco, drugs and psychotropic substances
Have a minimum of 22 and a maximum of 33 years on the day of registration
Note – The following items will be added to the maximum age provided a valid confirmation is provided
1- Veterans and their families for two years
2 – Level three educated candidates, for two years
3- Candidates with level four education for four years
Candidates can only use one of the items mentioned above. And the period added to the maximum age, in any case, can not be more than four years.
B- Specific conditions:
1- Level two graduates in the field of jurisprudence and principles or the field of Islamic law and jurisprudence
2- Level 3 graduates in the fields of jurisprudence and principles or Islamic law and jurisprudence
3- Level four graduates in the fields of jurisprudence and principles or Islamic law and jurisprudence
C- Required documents:
1. Completing the online application
۲. Payment of registration fee in the amount of 2,000,000 Rials, equivalent to two hundred thousand Tomans, electronically through the information base of the National Education Evaluation Organization
3. Scanned photo file: The candidate must scan a full-length 4.3 personal photo and prepare the file for online registration.
D- Time of registration and examination:
1- All the candidates applying for registration in the judicial tenure exam, if they have the general and specific conditions mentioned in paragraph a and b of this announcement, will prepare the requested documents in accordance with paragraph (c) and from 12/18/1400 to 1400 / 12/28 By referring to the information base of the National Education Evaluation Organization at www.sanjesh.org to register for the exam and at the end of registration, each candidate will be provided with a tracking code that candidates are required to complete all Keep the test steps of this code. It should also be noted that the registration is exclusively electronic and the candidates are required to register for the exam through the mentioned information base and registration is not acceptable except for the above method and this group of candidates is not allowed to participate in the exam.
2- The exam will be held on Friday, 02/23/1401, as a test and exclusively in Qom.
3- The entrance card to the exam session will be available to the candidates from Wednesday, 02/21/1401, through the information base of the National Education Evaluation Organization.
4- The time and place of the exam will be written on the participation card of the candidates in the exam.

– Jurisprudence texts: Muharram achievements (from the beginning to the end) and sales section (from the book of sale to the word in the conditions of the contractors)
– Principles of jurisprudence: treatises (from beginning to end)
– Arabic literature at the level of one
considerations :
1- The criterion for fulfilling the general and specific conditions will be the time of registration. The candidate is responsible for the accuracy of the information recorded in the application. Therefore, those who do not have the necessary conditions to participate in the exam, should refrain from registering for the exam, otherwise they will be eliminated in the next steps.
2- The candidates accepted in the test stage will be invited to a scientific interview and a personality test in order to continue the recruitment process, and after being accepted, they will be guided to the selection process. And after being accepted in the selection stage, they are introduced to the Complex of Islamic Jurisprudence, Law and Judiciary to pass the training and internship course.
