According to the member of the board of directors of the Association of Real Estate Consultants of the country, if the rent of a residential unit is 100 million tomans per month and 500 thousand tomans, the commission fee and value added tax of 9% is 500 thousand tomans and the commission fee is 1 million tomans, the rent is 250 thousand tomans. In total, with 9% added value, the amount of commission and tracking code is 830 thousand tomans for each party.

He says: real estate consultants have to pay an amount to the system to receive a tracking code, and when this amount is paid, the tax department receives the full amount of tax and a tracking code is issued. Any real estate agent who does not comply with it has committed a trade violation.

Utadi said: “The law and parliament have not yet approved that real estate consultants give the tracking code to both parties of the transaction.”
