Ali Al-Qasi, Chief of Justice of Tehran province, in this ceremony honoring the memory of Imam Rahal (RA) and precious martyrs, praised the Board of Trustees of Imamzadegan Ain Ali and Zain Ali (AS) for their assistance in setting up the dispute resolution council complex and said: One of the responsibilities and missions of the judiciary based on the constitution is the settlement of disputes and lawsuits between people, which is implemented and operationalized by courts, prosecutors’ offices, judicial courts, and part of it by dispute resolution councils across the country.

The Chief Justice of Tehran Province stated that today the dispute resolution councils based on the law approved by the Islamic Council have a high and significant capacity to create peace and compromise regarding citizens’ claims, and stated: In this direction and in order to create harmony between People can see that in different parts of the country, community trustees and those who have more spiritual, benevolent and altruistic spirit are working in dispute resolution councils.

He assessed the creation of “peace and reconciliation between people” as one of the privileged tasks of prophets and divine saints and said: reforming society’s affairs, solving people’s troubles, spending for people in good affairs, taking steps to solve the problem of religious brothers and guiding society towards peace. And kindness is one of the things of prophets and divine saints.

Emphasizing the statement that today the members of dispute resolution councils who act to resolve people’s claims are actually fulfilling the great and valuable mission of divine saints and prophets and have a special reward in the eyes of the Almighty God, he acknowledged: It is possible that loved ones and elders at any level and with any responsibility are concerned about the duty of settling people’s claims and feel responsible for the correction of people’s affairs, which is valuable and the judicial system is proud to have the presence of these loved ones. he does.

Referring to the opening of the Dispute Resolution Council complex of Imamzadegan Ain Ali and Zain Ali (AS), the Chief Justice of Tehran Province stated: In this complex, various lawsuits, including in the field of medical crimes, accidents, etc. We are optimistic about the future of the loved ones who are present in this collection.

Preventing more than seven thousand cases related to accidents from entering the judicial system

The Head of Dispute Resolution Councils of Tehran Province, referring to the issuance of instructions for the establishment of special branches to deal with accident cases by the Chief Justice of Tehran Province, said: In line with this directive, more than seven thousand cases of injury accidents were referred to the branches of Dispute Resolution Councils upon arrival. and this amount of input to the judicial authorities was prevented and all accident cases have been closed 100% with a corrective report.

Referring to the establishment of 214 special branches of dispute resolution councils in Tehran province, he said: In 1400, the compromise percentage was 46%, while the national average was less than 40%.
