Apple releases iOS 16.5.1 to fix iPhone problems

Almost a month has passed since the release of Apple’s iOS 16.5. Although this version of iOS brought fewer new features and capabilities and did not meet expectations as expected, but now it seems that Apple is preparing and releasing iOS 16.5.1 due to fixing some iPhone bugs.

According to Aetna and quoted by BGR, Apple has not yet specified the exact time for the release of iOS 16.5.1, but it is expected that this update will be released this week.

Some complaints of iOS 16.5 users about the flaws and bugs of this update are as follows:

• High number of HomeKit notifications
• Early battery drain in iOS 16.5
Low accuracy in weather forecasting (it is possible that this bug is not related to the software update)
• Automatic Wi-Fi disconnection for some iPhone users
• CarPlay affects the skip forward and volume buttons

Considering that iOS 16.6 beta 2 is already available, it seems that instead of waiting a few more weeks to make iOS 16.6 available to all users, Apple will release a small update to fix these bugs. Release iOS 16.5.1.
