According to the financial news report, Alireza Ahmadi Fini, head of the transportation and fuel management headquarters of the country, appreciated the cooperation and interaction of the insurance industry in the implementation of the one-to-one plan and said: According to Article 48 of the third party insurance law, the transportation management headquarters and transportation and fuel was obliged to prevent the issuance of smart fuel cards and the allocation of fuel quotas for vehicles without third-party insurance policies, and this plan was implemented in its first phase for heavy oil and gas-burning vehicles with the cooperation of Central Insurance.

In this meeting, Ali Ostadhashmi, the head of the Central Insurance, emphasized on the expansion of cooperation between related organizations to implement the next phases of this project and said: Unfortunately, more than ten million land motor vehicles without insurance policies have been identified throughout the country so far. It is associated with a lot of risk.

He added: despite the follow-ups of the central insurance and the implementation of cultural and incentive programs such as the forgiveness of third-party insurance delinquencies to encourage this group of car and motorcycle owners to buy third-party insurance policies, the necessity of this has not yet been established for them, so With a collective decision, it was decided to implement the one-to-one plan with the cooperation of the relevant organizations.

Professor Hashemi while expressing his satisfaction with the implementation process of this plan said: Compatriots should know that this plan is aimed at supporting car and motorcycle owners and reduces the financial and legal burden caused by accidents involving vehicles without third-party insurance policies.

Amani, the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and the head of the Highways and Road Transport Organization, considered the presence of accident-prone spots as one of the factors of accidents and said: It is expected that the insurance industry and other interested entities that receive third-party insurance fees Make a collaborative program to solve the problem of accident-prone areas.

Also, in this meeting, Mehdi Qomsarian, CEO of the Bodily Damage Insurance Fund, also presented a report on the implementation process of Article 48 of the Third Party Insurance Law in the insurance industry.

It is worth mentioning that in this meeting, the senior adviser and the deputy of the transportation and fuel management headquarters, the deputy of the highway and road transportation organization, and the deputy of planning and development and supervision of the central insurance were present, and Sadegh Kian, the director of development and innovation of the center.
