Articles 15 and 16 of the 7th plan regarding the reduction of the minimum wage were removed – Mehr News Agency Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr news agency, Soult Mortazavi said about the contents of the 7th development plan: The 7th plan has not been submitted to the parliament yet, let us give the plan to the parliament and then, if it is subject to criticism, bring it up.
The Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare said about Articles 15 and 16 of the 7th Development Plan Bill and reducing the wages of young workers for three years: There is no such thing in Articles 15 and 16. The discussion is that if somewhere and some support institutions have a force and they are looking to help that force or they are looking to create employment, if that worker is willing to work with a salary lower than the minimum wage. Of course, this is just a suggestion, which I think was removed in the final edit and is probably not on the agenda anymore.
Mortazavi said: The teacher-disciple debate is the missing link in the training of skilled personnel. If someone does not know a profession and wants to be trained in a workshop, we should not oblige the employer to give the labor law rights to that worker. Therefore, we have to wait until the bill is unveiled.
Details of Kalaberg
He also stated that the Kalaberg project was implemented to balance the people’s livelihood, and said: Those who use the opportunity of the electronic Kalaberg project can benefit from the 20% incentive subsidy. The implementation of this plan has been well received by the participating tithes and the problems of the plan have been resolved. I hope that in the future there will be reforms in this plan and we will cover more decimals.
Mortazavi said about the features of the electronic invoice plan: This plan is completely optional. 11 types of various products have been introduced and people can use this plan optionally. Those who use 70% of their subsidy, either individually or as a family, in the Kalaberg scheme, will be subject to an increase in the subsidy. The credit system has also been defined so that the subsidy recipients can use the electronic invoice one month earlier than the cash subsidy deposit.
