According to Mehr reporter, Masoud Hamidinejad said during the celebration of Literacy Week: the average literacy rate before the revolution was only 47%, which is now an important average according to the historic decree of Imam Khomeini (RA) on January 7, 1958. It has reached 97 percent, which shows the effective role of the Islamic Revolution in the realization of development programs at the country level.

Referring to the extensive programs of the Khuzestan Education and Training Center, he added: We are looking to implement educational programs on the platform of virtual space for literate students under 30 years old, and we are looking to implement combined educational programs for other levels.

The Director General of Education of Khuzestan announced: The average of illiteracy has decreased drastically, so that the average of literacy in Khuzestan has reached 94.07 with a significant growth, which shows the efforts of the trustees of literacy education in Khuzestan.

Hamidinejad said: Khuzestan education seeks to use the capacity of benefactors in the field of literacy, and based on this, it has put the “Vow of Literacy” project on its agenda so that those interested in this field can take good and effective steps in order to improve the index. perform literacy in Khuzestan.
