According to Fars News Agency’s Health Group report, Reza Rostgar, the head of home nursing service center managers’ trade association, warned against the activities of nurses in the society.

Reza Rostgar added: More than 1050 home nursing service centers are active in Iran, and there are many obstacles in the way of providing the services of these centers.

He continued: A part of these obstacles is related to the issue of licenses and service provision, and a part of the obstacles is related to the centers or people who look like nurses, who are a problem for health in this area.

Rostgar said: “Nurses are people who entered this area without permission and are operating.”

Addressing the people, he added: If people are going to request for services, they should do so through the association or through the deputy of treatment of medical sciences universities.

Rostgar said: Society is aging and our most important concern is to be able to develop nursing service centers.

He added: If we have one home nursing service center for every 50,000 people in the country, we can lead these centers to become specialized.
