Benefiting from all the capacities of Tehran municipality to serve Arbaeen pilgrims

According to the report of Fars news agency’s city group, Parviz Sarvari, the vice-chairman of Tehran City Council, said about the actions of the municipality during Arbaeen days: the full-fledged municipality has entered the field for the well-being of the Iranian compatriots, the city management has been present at the borders with all its capacities, and the able part It solves some of the concerns of the pilgrims.
He stated: People have been thirsty for pilgrimage for several years due to the spread of Corona and the lack of conditions to travel to Karbala, which is indescribable.
Saying that the municipality has made all its efforts to provide services to the citizens of Tehran and fellow Iranians, Sarvari reminded: Considering the population of tens of millions of pilgrims, there is a huge gap between the assets and the demand of the people.
The vice-chairman of the Tehran Islamic Council announced that the Iraqi side has also reached its full capacity and noted that managing about 25 to 30 million people in this hot weather and people’s thirst is a difficult task, and we see that the demand is very high. It is more than supply.
He added: “There may be misplanning on the part of the Iraqi side, but the Arbaeen saga is so big that 10 governments together cannot manage it completely.”
