The police spokesperson announced: Recently, 550,000 special Arbaeen passes were issued, and we delivered them all by post. In addition, we issued nearly 1,450,000 passports and revalidated more than 410,000 expired passports. Therefore, in total, more than 2 million and 400 thousand exit permits have been issued.

The spokesperson of Faraja said about the reason for the car traffic at the borders: Considering that the public transportation system was not able to move with this volume, many people used their personal cars and the traffic queue at the borders reached 15-20 kilometers.

He said about the state of the border parking lots: Most of the parking lots are filling up.

In another part of his speech about the movement of buses from the terminals to the border, Sardar Hajian said: Currently, buses are not allowed to go to the border provinces at the passenger terminals. Also, according to the approval of the Arbaeen headquarters, the money of those who bought a ticket and cannot go to the border will be refunded.
