Buy the RX 6900 XT graphics card, get Far Cry 6 and RE Village for free

Study time: 2 Minutes

The experience of buying hardware and computer parts and receiving free gifts like video games alongside them can be really enjoyable. AMD is aware of this fact and has therefore decided to release two new and very popular games, Far Cry 6 and Resident Evil Village, in bundles with pre-assembled computers, CPUs and graphics cards. Unfortunately, this offer is only for the expensive products of this company.

For pre-assembled PCs, PCs with Ryzen 5 3600 to Ryzen 9 5950X CPUs and RX 6000 series graphics cards, these two games are available for free. Customers who do not purchase the RX 6900 XT graphics card separately will also receive Far Cry 6 and Resident Evil Village games for free.

Xbox Game Pass is no longer quarterly

Surveys show that AMD is no longer offering a quarterly Trial subscription for Xbox Game Pass service to its customers, which is really disappointing. While motivating customers to buy products is always welcomed, the RX 6000 series graphics cards, especially the RX 6900 XT, are not something you can easily find to buy.

The production and supply line problems that arise for this company are almost more difficult than the conditions for Nvidia’s Ampre graphics cards. That’s why the $ 999 MSRP graphics card sells for almost twice as much in the open market. Now think about the fact that offering two games worth $ 100 for free along with that will increase the purchase value of this product?

AMD’s new offer to purchase the mentioned hardware and download the two games Far Cry 6 and RE Village for free will continue until December 31, 2021, and customers have until January 29, 2022 to activate the CD Key of the mentioned games in their account. It should be noted that this offer is available to users living in North America and Western Europe.

Ubisoft: Far Cry 6 is optimized for AMD hardware

Ubisoft claims that Far Cry 6 is optimized for AMD Ryzen CPUs and Radeon RX 6000 graphics cards, and that the title also supports the new FidelityFX Super Resolution technology. This technology is able to increase the efficiency of the game by 40 to 45% without losing quality. According to the official announcement, the game will be released on October 7, and in recent weeks, we also learned about the system specifications required to run Far Cry 6. Here are two images of a pre-assembled PC with the game’s skin and a custom Xbox Series X console.

What do you think of AMD’s special offer? Are you a fan of these two games? Do you think it makes sense to make such special offers in the current context and the problems that prevail in the global graphics card market? Be sure to share your views with us.
