Cash 450 million for housing applicants


According to Tejarat News, the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development has announced the facilitation of the conditions of those involved in the housing leap project.

The first change is that the five-year history does not apply to all cities, especially those moving from large cities to small cities. The time will be reduced to two to three years.

The second change is about the history of private property. According to the previous regulations, they must not have owned for at least 16 years, which is reduced to a maximum of five years.

In another section, Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh announced that for the first to third deciles, which are the main target of this project, up to 80% of the price Housing It is provided by facilities and 20% is brought by the household. Also, 20% for the first to third deciles is the assistance provided to households through support devices.

He added: for the middle deciles of the society, the facilities cover between 50 and 60% of the price of the housing unit and the rest is brought by the applicants. Applicants ‘contributions will also be credited to the manufacturers’ accounts in 5 steps.

According to the Deputy Minister of Roads, applicants will be divided into two groups: those in the first to third deciles will have to pay 20% of the total value of the unit in cash, and the rest will be provided through loans. The amount brought for the middle deciles is 50 to 60%.

The loan of the housing leap plan for Tehranians is 450 million Tomans. If a Tehran housing applicant, if he is in the first to third decile, must bring 90 million Tomans in cash.

Since applicants from the middle deciles must provide 50% of the value of the housing unit in the form of a loan, and the loan includes 50% of the value of the property, this applicant must have the equivalent of the loan; That means 450 million tomans.

At present, the initial income of the applicants in the middle deciles is 40 million Tomans, which means that a Tehranian has to pay another 410 million Tomans in the continuation of the construction process. Applicants in the first to third deciles must also have an initial deposit of 20 million Tomans and pay the remaining 70 million Tomans by the time of delivery.
