Chrome browser support is discontinued in Windows 7 and Windows 8.1

According to Aetna from Isna, on the Chrome support page where this news was announced, Google suggested users to upgrade to Windows 10 to Windows 11 to receive Chrome updates. This will be difficult for users whose systems do not support new versions of Microsoft’s operating system, companies that are still using Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, and people who cannot afford a new computer. However, Google had to end this support eventually. Google has announced that the end of support for this company coincides with Microsoft’s end of support for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 on January 10.
According to Engget website, however, Google has supported Chrome in Windows 7 for a longer period of time than previously planned. The company previously announced that it will stop releasing Chrome updates for this operating system in 2021.
