“Cinema Verity” is reviewed in “Cinema Criticism”.

According to Fars news agency, the 47th episode of “Cinema Criticism” TV show, produced by Youssef Bechari, will be hosted by Chahar Sima channel tonight, January 1st.

“Iranian Cinema Review Desk” is dedicated to the review of the documentary “No One is Waiting for You” by Mohsen Islamzadeh, in which film journalist Mohammad Saberi hosts sociologist Fahima Nazari.

This work, which is a story about the lives of women who sleep in cartoons and are affected by addiction, won a special award for the best documentary film from the eyes of the judges of Naji Art in the national section of the 15th “Cinemavegetir” festival.

Also, the documentary “The Life of Sylvester Stallone” will be reviewed at the “World Cinema Criticism Table” with the presence of film critics Arash Khoshkho and Mohammad Reza Magdasian. In this work, directed by Tom Zimmi, which was made in 2023 and produced in the United States, fifty years of fruitful artistic activity and the inspiring story of Sylvester Stallone’s life are depicted.

The special discussion table is dedicated to the topic of “Truth Cinema” and Amirreza Mafi will host Mohammad Hamidi Moghadam, the secretary of the 17th “Truth Cinema” festival.

The fourth season of “Cinema Criticism” television program, produced by Yusuf Bechari, hosted by Amirreza Mafi and with the participation of Soura Cinema Organization, is broadcast live on Chahar Sima channel every Friday at 22:30.
