City council decision for two floors of Aladdin Passage


According to Fars News Agency, in a joint meeting of the heads of the Urban Planning and Architecture Commission and the Supervision and Legal Commission of the Islamic Council of Tehran and the mayor of District 11, the legal, safety and urban planning issues of Aladdin Passage in District 11 Municipality were discussed.

This symposium was held in the presence of Mehdi Abbasi, Chairman of the Urban Planning and Architecture Commission of the Islamic Council of Tehran, Mehdi Aqarian, Chairman of the Supervision and Legal Commission of the Islamic Council of Tehran and the Mayor of District 11 regarding the safety, urban planning and legal issues of Aladdin Passage.

In this meeting, Mehdi Agharian, Chairman of the Supervision and Legal Commission of Tehran City Council, while emphasizing the need to ensure the safety of buildings in order to prevent accidents, considered the use of legal solutions in matters related to urban planning to prevent accidents.

Aqarian stated that the issue of building two additional floors of the building in Aladdin Passage is being pursued through the Legal and Supervision Commission of the Council; He added: “Through the law, we are pursuing the provision of safety and retrofitting of unsafe buildings in order to comply with the necessary standards for commercial complexes.”

Also, Seyed Mohammad Mousavi, the mayor of District 11, stated that providing safety in public places and unsafe buildings in the area is one of the priorities of urban management and added: Necessary legislation is underway.
