With this ruling, the term of responsibility of Mehraleh Rakhshani Mehr, the former helmsman of this construction organization for education and training, has come to an end.

Now that after 1736 days of the serious responsibility of the head of the Organization of Renovation, Development and Equipping of the country’s schools, which I was the servant of the noble and dear people of our country, and this valuable path and movement is entrusted to another brother, I would like to thank all the companions in the Ministry of Education, Program and Budget Organization I am extremely grateful to the country, the Islamic Council, the society and the benefactors of schools, and the various organizations and institutions that were our partners and partners in school building.
I am grateful for the tact and greatness of Mr. Dr. Yusuf Nouri, the honorable minister of education of the 13th government, who showed me kindness and love to help in the comprehensive effort to improve the state of the country’s schools during this period. Before that, I would like to thank Mr. Dr. Bathai and Mr. Haji Mirzaei, the former and former ministers of the Ministry of Education, as well as Mr. Kazemi, who was in charge of the Ministry of Education.
The work and effort alongside each of these dignitaries, who themselves are considered a valuable treasure in the education system, was a source of pride for me, and during this time, I tried to stay away from any political currents, only on the technical, engineering and construction department of the ministry. I focused on education and provided the appropriate hardware according to the requirements of the government for dear students.
From January 1396 to November 2, 1401, I was working for about 1,736 days in the organization of renovation, development and equipping of the country’s schools, and during this time, with the efforts of my colleagues and generous benefactors, about 15,000 new classrooms were built every year. In other words, during my tenure, about 90,000 new classrooms were built in the country, and an average of 2,700,000 students. the learner They stepped into new, modern and standard classrooms.
During this period, I had about 249 provincial trips with 393 days of mission to all parts of the country and I was pursuing the construction of educational spaces. The missions performed were mainly on holidays and without receiving mission and overtime pay so that I could practice my religion without regard to the right. Al-Zahma I conclude that this happened with the grace and care of Almighty God.
In this short space, I will mention only 20 of the actions taken during this period, which, God willing, will be accepted by Hazrat Haq.

8. Construction of more than 50 high-quality and large-scale educational complexes in all provinces and equal to the largest universities in the country
9. Increasing the commitments of school benefactors from 519 billion tomans in 1396 to 4,400 billion tomans in 1401
10. Holding nearly 20 big conferences honoring and honoring the precious and noble benefactors of the country’s schools
11. Preparing and publishing 60 titles of biographies of the benefactors of the country’s schools
12. Preparation and printing of 25 technical and engineering book titles on the topic of school building
13. The construction and unveiling of Sardis by 20 donors of the National School Building Index to be registered in the Museum of Donors
14. Optimum implementation of the brick-by-brick transformational package by attracting 2 million people and more than 9 billion tomans of small public participation in school construction
15. Implementation of the transformational package of locating schools in the provinces of the country and a scientific methodology in the construction of educational spaces
16. Collecting clay and mud schools from the provinces of the country
17. Institutionalization and use of consulting engineers in the design and supervision of large and prestigious educational projects
18. Very close interaction with reporters, media and newspapers for transparency in performance
19. The use of young, revolutionary and jihadi managers in the headquarters and provinces

In the end, I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to all my hard-working colleagues in the general departments of school renovation in the provinces and my colleagues in the headquarters of the organization, who during this time made a lot of efforts to improve the condition of the educational spaces of our dear students. We have provided valuable services to the education system of dear Iran.

Khan Mohammadi, who is one of the activists in the field of educational justice; He has a bachelor’s degree in construction from the University of Science and Technology, a master’s degree in management and a doctoral student in policy. From his work experience, he was the head of educational justice and equal educational opportunities (removal of deprivation) of the Ministry of Education.
In 1998, Khan Mohammadi received the country’s top jihadi medal at the national conference of jihadi management, and in the past years, he has managed and participated in the construction of more than 800 classrooms in deprived areas of the country, in the form of jihadi groups.
